Mick Fanning

Undoubtedly one of Australia’s greatest ever surfers. Mick has had a storied career resulting in 3 world titles. Renowned for his cool head and focus under pressure, but probably most famous for punching a shark at J Bay back in 2015. Actually, his entire 2015 season is worthy of a Hollywood movie. By all accounts he’s a great bloke too. The original reference photo I used is a beautiful shot by the legendary Ted Grambeau.
