Prints

We offer free worldwide shipping on all prints. We work with print & shipping partners in Australia, the U.S. and Europe. Prints are made to order and usually dispatch in 2-5 days. Any delays once the item has been shipped are out of control and we can not be held responsible for these. A tracking number will be sent via email once the item has been shipped.

Prints are unframed and will be shipped safely heavy duty shipping tube or cardboard box. Framed prints can be organised upon request at an additional cost, please contact us to discuss framing options. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Original Artworks

Free shipping within Australia, $20 international shipping on original artworks. Unless specified, original artworks are unframed will be shipped safely in a heavy duty shipping tube. Custom framing can be organised at an additional cost, please contact us to discuss framing options.

Original artworks will be shipped with full insurance to protect against damage occurred in shipping. Any delays once the item has been shipped are out of control and we can not be held responsible for these. A tracking number will be sent via email once the item has been shipped. All original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity.

Returns and Exchanges

Please consider your purchase carefully and take the time to read product descriptions. If you are unsure about something, please contact us before making a purchase so that we can help you with your decision. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are unable to refund your item for change of mind.

Prints – Damaged, defective and/or missing prints will be replaced or refunded.

Originals – Damaged and/or missing originals are fully insured and any damage will be followed up with the shipping provider. Please take multiple photographs of any damaged items to assist with any insurance claims.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any damage or defects.
